Bilge odor issues solved aboard the 120' Motor Yacht Reef Chief. Please scroll down to view more of this installation.
The issue - fuel tanks are positioned under and along the yacht's center line under the aft guest staterooms. A water tight bulkhead divides the Port & Starboard guests from the VIP, gym, hall and staircase areas. This leaves four separate and un-limbered bilge areas under the floors where water would continuously accumulate. The above pictures display the conditions under the Starboard guest head. The hull is sloped down to forward, and there was no easy access or bilge pump under the shower which is the lowest point. The thin white tube in the right picture is for the Arid Bilge pickup wand and is routed to that nearly inaccessible compartment under the shower. This compartment and  three others are now maintained 100% dry by this one Arid Bilge Series 4 system.
This is the deepest part of the Starboard aft compartment, located under the washer and dryer in the aft hallway area. Again only the Arid Bilge intake tubing is visible at the upper left corner of the right photo. This compartment as well as three others are now maintained 100% bone dry.
The Arid Bilge series 4 unit with a white case is located in the lazarette compartment aft of the living areas that it dries. The intake tubes are routed directly through the overhead to the VIP on the Port side where the four tubes run down through a closet to reach under the floor. The longest intake tube is 73 feet in length which runs to the Starboard guest shower shown in the first picture above.
Four bilge busters were attached to the access hatches in these living areas and face downward. This failed band-aid solution attempted to mask the problem, but instead resulted in an odor shift. The Arid Bilge System has removed the core problem, making this piece of equipment superfluous and unnecessary.
